Through different applications and those that will be added in the future, Aviary provides us with everything you need for diting images (also vector), as well as an audio editor and a tool to capture screen shots from the broswer that integrates seamlessly with Firefox and Chrome, thanks to an extension, but that can be utilized in all browsers.
While not a substitute for a desktop program like Photoshop, Gimp or Inkscape, Aviary is one of the best options online.
Suite is also a community of artists and enthusiasts who make graphics spectacular masterpieces that can then be immediately imported into the editor.
